Personal Training

Personal Training is available with our team of experienced instructors.

With extensive knowledge and training, each of our PTs are experts in creating tailored exercise plans and delivering one-to-one training sessions.

Sessions can be booked either as a one off or you can take advantage of a course of sessions.

If you are interested in Personal Training, either ask at club reception or speak with a member of the fitness team who will be happy to advise.
