FITNESS - Tom Smith Personal Trainer

By now most of you will probably already know Tom, either from his regular blog posts, his "Tom's Tips" or simply chatting to him in the gym. However, Tom will now be working from the club in a new role, as a Personal Trainer.

Operating at SHP Fitness (Strength, Health, Performance), Tom is a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer as well as an NSCA certified strength & conditioning speciliast, who is now available for private 1-1 sessions.
