New squash circuit classes every Thursday evening from 22nd June!
The quick pace and constant changing nature of circuit training places a unique type of exercise on the body. These sessions are designed to prepare the body in a very even, all-round manner. Not only will circuits improve your fitness levels for the court, they will also aid in the prevention of injury.
For those unfamiliar, a circuits class is set up with various exercise stations which you'll move around and workout different muscle groups. You'll work hard and test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge.
